By accessing our website or placing an order with PICSO HOUSE, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Products

We make every effort to represent our products accurately through descriptions, photography and other content displayed on our website.

Please note that colours and textures may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device and display settings. As our products incorporate tactile materials and finishes, minor variations may occur.

Pricing

All prices displayed on the PICSO HOUSE website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout before your order is completed.

We reserve the right to update product prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

Orders

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided at checkout.

PICSO HOUSE reserves the right to cancel or decline an order in circumstances including incorrect pricing or product information, suspected fraudulent activity or where stock is unavailable.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Limited Releases

PICSO HOUSE pieces are produced in limited quantities and availability cannot be guaranteed.

Adding a product to your cart does not reserve the item. Your order is secured once checkout has been successfully completed and your order has been confirmed.

Pre-Orders

Selected PICSO HOUSE pieces may be available to purchase on pre-order before stock arrives at our Sydney HQ.

Estimated arrival timeframes will be provided on the relevant product page. These timeframes are estimates and may change due to circumstances outside our control, including production, freight or customs delays.

If there is a significant change to the expected arrival of your order, we will endeavour to keep you informed using the contact details provided with your order.

Once pre-order stock arrives, orders will be prioritised for processing and dispatch.

If you would like to request cancellation of a pre-order, please contact hello@picsohouse.com as soon as possible. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once your order has entered the fulfilment process.

Shipping

PICSO HOUSE currently ships within Australia.

Shipping costs and available delivery options will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside the control of PICSO HOUSE.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Change-of-mind return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the product must be unused, in brand new and re-sellable condition and returned in its original packaging.

Original shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty or Damaged Products

Every PICSO HOUSE product is quality checked before dispatch.

If you believe your product has arrived damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact hello@picsohouse.com with your order details and photographs of the issue.

Our returns policy does not exclude or limit any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Where a product has a major failure or otherwise qualifies for a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy as provided by law.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content appearing on the PICSO HOUSE website — including branding, logos, product designs, photography, graphics, text, video and other creative material — is owned by or licensed to PICSO HOUSE and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content from this website may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from PICSO HOUSE.
