All PICSO HOUSE orders are packed with care and shipped from Sydney, Australia.

PICSO HOUSE pieces are produced in considered, limited runs. As quantities are limited, some pieces may sell through before they arrive at our Sydney HQ. If there’s something you have your eye on, we recommend placing your order early to secure it.

In-Stock Orders

Orders containing in-stock pieces will be processed and dispatched from our Sydney HQ within 1–5 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Pre-Orders

For pieces available for pre-order, an estimated arrival timeframe will be displayed on the product page and included in your order confirmation.

Please note that this timeframe refers to when we expect the piece to arrive at our Sydney HQ, rather than the delivery date to your address.

As soon as pre-order stock arrives, orders will be prioritised for processing and dispatch. We’ll keep you updated by email should there be any changes to the expected timeframe.

We offer tracked shipping Australia-wide. Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout. 

International Shipping

At this stage, PICSO HOUSE ships within Australia only.
